Nominated for the German Federal Ecodesign Award

The Bundespreis Ecodesign is Germany's highest state award for ecological design. Of around 380 entries, 149 were admitted to the jury session, and 30 projects are in the running for the 2025 award.

eudemia is nominated in the Concept category.

eudemia's furniture is developed from plant-based materials by a start-up from Münster. It uses regional, renewable raw materials and is recyclable. In an Interreg pilot project, materials and production processes are being developed further with regional partners to counter raw-material shortages and high CO2 emissions.

For us the nomination is both recognition and motivation to keep going consistently with our material approach.
